Starbucks - Naples

The staff is friendly and the service is fast. My iced chai tea latte was delicious. I'm not sure why the other reviews are negative.

My friend, her sister, and I stopped by just before closing time. Lauren was our server, and she was truly fantastic. She was incredibly kind and sweet, almost reminding me of Cinderella.

There's no Starbucks in this area, but there is a Targetbucks, and unfortunately, it's not up to par. If you're in the mood for a sandwich, you're out of luck as there are no food options available. To make matters worse, when I visited, their credit card machine was down, so they could only accept cash. Is this the 19th century?

This Starbucks is the worst I've ever been to. I visit Starbucks every day for a Latte Macchiato, but this time they gave me a regular coffee with milk instead. When I pointed this out and even showed them a picture of what a proper Latte should look like (a Wikipedia image), both employees started arguing with me. In the end, I received a coffee I didn't order and had to deal with unfriendly staff who clearly have no understanding of the different types of coffee.

I often visit this restaurant, and my experience is always enhanced by the wonderful baristas. One barista in particular, Shawna, is usually on shift; she is cheerful, friendly, and really engaging. Unfortunately, they occasionally run out of whipped cream, but I still look forward to my visits every time.
