Southern Style Kitchen Cocktails

I love the food, especially their chicken and waffles! Best ever! Our waiters have always been very attentive. One of our favorite places in Naples.

Host experience was very poor. Nice server but our appetizers came out about two minutes before our entrees. It was ok not sure if I’ll go back

In the past, I have truly enjoyed brunch at The Southern, however dinner was a huge disappointment. Yes, the restaurant was very busy as it was the evening of the St Patrick’s celebration. Our server friendly and tried hard to please The food was barely mediocre. The food arrived unappetizing: tepid and overcooked. I don’t like crossing a restaurant off my list, but The Southern certainly won’t be my choice for dinner again.

TERRIBLE customer service. The host with the ratty black hair asked how many in our party, grabbed menus, and walked away without a word. We followed her as a best guess, she walked to a table, flung the menus down (where they slide down into the booth seats) and kept on walking without a single word utter to us. We waiting minutes for someone to take a drink order when ratty black hair asked if we wanted a water or something and walked away AGAIN without hearing our answer. We walked out. Absolutely atrocious, ratty black hair needs an attitude adjustment and a new job
