Sonic Drive-in - Naples

I visit this restaurant quite often for lunch. Misty is a fantastic employee who always goes out of her way to make customers happy. I believe the service is excellent. I will definitely keep coming back!

Avoid this place! I went there last night, and a staff member took my credit card. I had to ask for it back when I received my food. The next morning, I discovered multiple fraudulent charges on my account. Who knows how many other cards he has taken pictures of?

The meat was cold, the cheese on the sandwich wasn't melted, and the tots were quite greasy. I used to live in the state where this restaurant is located and visited frequently; it can be enjoyable. However, this experience did not meet the company's usual standards.

The food was good but that was the only good thing about the experience. The clerk had trouble hearing us and we had to shout, our car was off and there was no one around us. The food also took around 20 minutes to make it to our car. While it was warmthis is a place I wished we skipped. This sonic is not up to par with other sonics and definitely not up to par with the fastfood of the area.

I ordered a hot dog meal with a root beer and got the wrong soda. My hot dog was lukewarm and should have been hot. I took it home to heat it up and for the money I paid it was a very the small hot dog and not worth $6.80. Will never go back
