If you scroll far enough past his spam alternate accounts he’s made to make his restaurant look good you can see all the true, honest reviews about ricks this year with thenew owner and system. after switching owners in 2022 this place has gone drastically downhill with what the owner likes to call“the much needed improvements.” Let me start off by mentioning the new billing system which requires you to have a phone inorder to eat here. Everything is online so there is no such thing as a waiter or waitress. They’ve become technicians forpeople who aren’t new to the system. And with this system they automatically add 20% to the bill so you don’t “have totip” so if you ordered 100$ worth of food they automatically add an extra 20$. But even then your asked if you want to tip.The second thing I’ll mention is the quality of food. Let’s just say it’s no longer as good as it use to be. The Thirdthing I’ll add is the excessive amount of excuses he’s made for why food might’ve not been as good. One of the commentssomeone mentions food being cold, (which is fine it’s happens if it’s stays on the counter too long but there really was noapology from the owner and his response to the comment was “sometimes the breeze from the lake comes into the kitchen which isway food gets cold quicker. and with all that being said my final message for anyone checking to see if this place is good,just don’t come here. They don’t deserve it and they need a better owner. (I’m here just to give an honest andconstructive review about this place.

I realize it’s a tourist place, but each of us had a decent amount of food for the price. The pasta wasridiculously over priced—and served in an overly big bowl.

Although it took a minute to figure out the system for ordering we were very happy. Staff was very personable and helpful and attentive. The food was delicious... read more Although it took a minute to figure out the system for ordering we were very happy. Staff was very personable and helpful and attentive. The food was delicious with large portions and decent cocktails. Everything was so quick. We didn’t have to waitfor anything and as the night went on getting refills on drinks was easy. I recommend going if you have not been since the newowners took over . It was a great night and we will be back.

Also ordered fried clams perfectly cooked and the 20% tip to these hard working young people, wasn't enough.. Iadded extra .. Definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience
