Pdq Jacksonville (old St Augustine Rd)

We decided to stop in while doing errands in the area, this was not our first choice today but we were hungry.We were in last year and the food was OK.Today, not so much. Everything was oily, and the basket papers were full of oil.We both had bad after taste from our meals, maybe the PDQ sauce?The dining room and tables needed cleaning, and we had to re seat ourselves since the first table was dirty.Really disappointed and won’t be returning.For 2 people , we spent $25, and left very disappointed. Chick filet is so much better.

Solid food, but the Togo staff seems to not understand how to read to ticket items. Every sauce I have ever ordered from this establishment has been left off of the order. I'm not sure if it may be spite because I order 3rd party, but it's noticeable enough for me to decide to take my business to Chick-fil-A from now on. Hopefully this review gets to the staff so they can see where they need to pay attention.

Nothing to see here folks. Spicy tenders were a bit dry, spicy coating was good. I got the PDQ sauce and did not like it at all, I do not like horseradish l, if you do well then load up. Waffle fries were darn good and the best part of the lunch. Canes has them beat on everything else. No slaw or toast with a meal at PDQ.

Really enjoyed PDQ, both the food and the service were excellent! The crispy chicken sandwich was HUGE! Both the tenders and the nuggets were amazing, great quality. Of all the sauces, I would recommend the Sweet Sriracha. We also tried the Mac n Cheese, again surprisingly good.Went through the drive through... they were very friendly, professional... impressed.

My daughter loves eating there. I had a chicken sandwich, thinking it was chicken breast. It actually was 2 pieces of chicken tender loin. I was disappointed. Service was great, very kind, helpful lady, a clean place.
