Contribute FeedbackPazzo is a well-known restaurant in Naples, with a long-standing reputation for delicious food and impeccable service. However, recent reviews have highlighted some issues that have affected the overall dining experience for some guests. While some diners have been disappointed with delays in service, incorrect food orders, and high prices for specials, others have praised the quality of the food and the exceptional service they received. Despite some mixed reviews, many patrons continue to return to Pazzo for special occasions and family dinners, highlighting the restaurant's long history of providing excellent meals. Whether it's a date night or a family gathering, Pazzo remains a popular choice for locals and tourists alike.
It was just a bit surprised at the price of the specials. $85 for lobster Ravioli was pretty steep. We didn't ask the special prices. Our fault. Right with the calfsal. Our lesson learned.
Food very good and fresh waiter would not have better
What a great place to dine! The service was wonderful, the wine list quite good, and the food amazing!!! The Ricotta bread, the calamari, the meatball appetizer all just delicious! I had the bronzino main course and it was with lobster and shrimp on a bed or mashed potatoes wonderful! My husband had a stuffed chicken Parmesan that he couldn’t stop raving about! The menu is expensive go!!!
Our family chose Pazzo for Easter dinner and it didn’t disappoint. Everyone had a perfect meal. The waitress was exceptional. We had not been there since the pandemic and we were all happy we chose Pazzo! I think it’s even better!
Pazzo has been my favorite restaurant in Naples for a long time. However after last nights meal it has lost its appeal. My family and I had a 7:45 reservation but we were not seated until 8:15. Carter was our waiter. He was very friendly and was extremely busy. We waited over 40 minutes for our drinks. We ordered the garlic bread for our appetizer and it was delicious. However, when are entrées came, my entrée was not as described in the menu. I had the chicken Parmesan, which was to be over citrus linguini. The linguine was not citrus. It was the regular and non-flavored linguini. The chicken was a bit dry inside. It was not the usual Pazzo chicken Parmesan. . Very disappointing. My daughter ordered the steak which was $60. She only ate half of it because it was very chewy. It seemed as if they had run out of food, and they were trying to make it as they went. I ordered a cappuccino for dessert. Very weak and not very good. Overall I gave it a three rating. It will be a long time before I come back.
