Used to really like this place, haven't been in a while and I won't be back. Ordered a pizza and a cookie dessert, i arrived and paid, I asked for a side of ranch. I was informed they were out of the cookie after paying and tipping. I was fine switching out for cannolis. When I got home there was no ranch and the pizza was mediocre at best. After waiting patiently for minutes, the four tables that came after us get their appetizers, then their escape, we doubted that we would ever be.
I really liked this place quite well. we are looking for a homemade pizza place, since we've been here six months ago, I've heard good things.
I have been ordering food from here since I moved to Naples years ago. Today I ordered a light baked pizza and it arrived regular baked. I called and spoke with the manager Max. He was so professional and understanding and made me a new pizza himself and had it delivered immediately! He even sent a photo of the new pizza to confirm it was to my liking. I have never had a pizza place do that in all the years I’ve been ordering pizza. This place is the BEST, the food is always delicious, and Max is a fantastic manager. I HIGHLY recommend.
We love visiting New York Pizza and Pasta at Riverchase Plaza! It’s our favorite Italian go to, even though we moved a little far away! Jessica, Judah and the entire staff at NYPP have always been wonderful to us. Thanks guys ?Food: 5/5
