Never had a worse experience, decided to go to one of my favorite restaurants when I got there I proceeded to wait about 15 minutes for a seat at the bar to ope... read more Never had a worse experience, decided to go to one of my favorite restaurants when I got there I proceeded to wait about 15 minutes for a seat at the bar to open which I have done many times for seven years. When two seats opened I sat in one only to have the hostess come over and ask me if I checked in, funny because she saw me standing waiting for a seat. I said I didn’t realize I had to check in (never had to in the past) and said I couldn’t sit and that they couldn’t feed me, I said I come often and she replied she’s never seen me there I then expressed to another employee there that I have known from coming there throughout the years. They said to go and sit at the bar only to be rudely confronted from the man who said he was in charge and suggested I leave. And leave I did, never to be seen again in that restaurant there are two people I’ll truely miss Sophia and Jake

My wife knew the owner and he was telling her to stop by, so we finally came for my bday and my parents came along.Wow it was amazing!!! Truly homemade food! We really enjoyed our food and time at Mino!! Definitely 100% recommended!! Pizza and pastas were great! And the tiramisu was delicious as well! Thank You Mino! We will be back!

I ordered a Caesar salad with anchov... read more Again, the attitude of the staff and owners of this place is beyond belief. Too many of these incidents there--we are DONE. I ordered a Caesar salad with anchovies, tasted the salad, looked through it ... obviously no anchovies. I told the server theyforgot them. She took it away and when she came back said that I had eaten half the salad and ate the anchovies! What? I tookONE bite and I would obviously KNOW if there was an anchovy in it! What motivation could I possibly have to lie? When employeesfeel they can act and treat patrons that way, it speaks to the attitude of the owners which trickles down. These owners are notgood role models and are doing a disservice to their young, impressionable employees. This place has its own little set of rules(we won?t cut your pizza), and no regard for customer service. It is not a place you want to go....there are too many greatrestaurants in Naples with owners who treat customers with respect, dignity and appreciate your business. The owners' responseto my review is typical.....look at all of his horrible, nasty responses to many other complaints. They have demonstrated whothey are.....there is no accountability for the one simple mistake made by the kitchen that could have so easily been correctedwithout the nasty comments made to me. And the owner called me entitled??? Moron??? He has no idea who I am or anything aboutme. Calling women names? Donald Trump is probably his man-crush. Yes, I consider myself a conservative, but there is no placein society for this type of name-calling and behavior. Really sad that these people believe this is acceptable. Good-bye to thenegative vibes at Mino's!!!!!

I?m really happy I found one. The service was GREAT and the food was EVERYTHING I hoped it would be. I definitelygive two thumbs up!! ??????????
