Mcdonald's - Naples

I give McDonald's five stars. McDonald's is McDonald's, so I don't have unrealistic expectations about my meal. My rating is based on more than just the food. In Naples, FL, there are limited food options at 10:00 pm. So, we pulled into the drive-thru, parked, enjoyed our hot fries, sipped our sodas, ate our burgers, and made it safely home. The 5-star rating goes to the McDonald's employees who made our night perfect. The staff we interacted with were professional and friendly. I could see their hard work behind the scenes. If they keep it up, they definitely deserve 5 stars.

My experience at this restaurant was uplifting and life-changing. I will always be grateful to the McDonald's corporation for providing me with food during my most difficult times of hunger. I am thankful to the McDonald's team for all they have done for the world and for me. If there is ever a place to eat and satisfy your hunger, this is the place to go.

I just had the best double cheeseburger ever at any McDonald's. It was freshly made and hot off the grill. Thank you so much.

Awful workers and service as a whole. Order a two cheeseburger meal with a sprite and the employee was rude to take the order. I paid and they didn't give a receipt, even though I asked for one. I have to order the window and an rude black girl gave me the wrong order first, then it was as if I had been a pain and almost didn't give me the right order. Had to ask for a drink, and again they were rude and pretended to be a pain and gave me the wrong drink. I ordered a sprite, but they gave me a water without ice. Try to go to another facility if possible

Rude Associates. The atmosphere is not welcome at all.
