The ice cream was pretty good, but the guy working there the night of April 16th should be fired for the way he treats customers. Every customer he interacted with he was rude to. They close at 10pm but he decided to kick everyone out at 9:58 and lock the doors. Top notch delicious ice cream, best in Naples for sure.
Extremely peeved that I paid over $10 for a waffle cone and couldn’t even see the top of the ice cream over it. I realize Naples is more expensive than other places, but I have NEVER gotten such a piddly portion. It’s ice cream, not caviar, I expect my money’s worth. 3 stars because staff is lovely and Royal Scoop is delicious.
Everything was extraordinary! The staff was so polite and accommodating, the food was delicious and the ice cream was absolutely superb. I'd recommend this to anyone coming in from out of town and needs a place to have a nice meal with the family.
The place has really good ice cream. I was happy to have tried the place out. It had 32 homemade flavors and what I tasted. The salted caramel was very good. I liked it. This little shop sells good ice cream and food. I only tried the ice cream but the menu looks good. I liked that the ice cream scoops were a good size
Can be a dangerous place to go if your on a diet, lol. Great location to visit
