What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
I don?t think I have ever had a sandwich made here that was exactly what I ordered. They even once delivered a sandwich that was a sub roll with a piece of cheese on it to my house clearly a mistaken order, which they admitted to, but didn?t call and sent it anyways. Wish there was another one closer to my home and I wouldn?t use this one. Normally love jimmy johns! View all feedback.

Slowest JJ in Naples so far: mobile ordered and waited 10 minutes in an empty shop
Good service. Good food. Not even the workers wore masks. Fort Myers Store . I asked to eliminate the capicola, and instead BB Genua salami. Instead, he eliminated the provolone, and charge me extra for the double salami oh, and capicola still contained in the hero.
I can not believe that during this pandemic the employees preparing the food were not wearing a mask! Will not be back.
Extremely rude staff. Very unprofessional. Horrible customer service. Poor Hygiene social skills.
