We were placed in a room with several large tables. It was not crowded, but one table had diners who were so loud that it was difficult for us to carry on a conversation with friends we hadn’t seen in a long time. Service was poor probably because they were understaffed. Not from lack of trying. Had to ask for dinner rolls 4 times before getting them. I will say they were nice and warm. The favorita pizza had no sausage on it. The pollo alla griglia was dry and burned. The veggies were cold. And on top of that there was 3.99% convenience fee for using the charge. Will not be returning there any time soon!!
We love Giovanni’s! Our favorite restaurant! The food is superb! The atmosphere reminds us of Italian restaurants back in Chicago! The service is always a-one! And we think that the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food!
The restaurant offers an impressive selection of meals, with both quality and quantity that my wife and I found outstanding. My wife ordered the lasagna, while I enjoyed the lobster-filled ravioli in a rich red cream sauce. The garlic rolls were exceptional, but be sure not to fill up on them before your main course arrives! They also have a great selection of wine, which is available at half price per bottle before 6 PM. Unfortunately, we couldn't fit in dessert this time, but we heard they have some excellent options from our previous visit.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, which featured excellent veal, delicious pizza, and great wine! Our server, Magdelana, was outstanding—thank you so much, Magdelana! We will definitely be back.

While it wasn’t crowded, one table had diners who were so loud that it made it hard for us to have a conversation with friends we hadn’t seen in ages. It was quite frustrating, and despite several recommendations for this restaurant, we’ve decided not to return. Our server was outstanding, providing excellent service, which was even more impressive considering he was also attending to the loud table. I enjoyed my meal, but my husband, who ordered his favorite dish of veal Parmesan, was disappointed because the veal was quite tough. Our guests, however, seemed satisfied with their meals.
