Back to Naples after a 6-month stay in the north. Always looking forward to Flaco?s, one of our favorites, food was as good as ever. Here is my problem, since when did they charge a fee of 4% for using a credit card?? I never pay any more money and doubt if 90% of people are there. In addition, it is not even close to a 4% cost for them. Make us and yourself a favor and just add a few cents to the Entrees vs add a fee that exceeds your actual cost. I did it. I cut my tip back from 20% to 16%. I have now become a less loyal customer and must not come back.

The food was okay, but I like IquanaMia better. When we received the bill, there was a fee of 4% for using a credit card. Why can't they tell you in time? The waiter told us they didn't give anyone a charge, so I said maybe you should. His answer was NO.

My partner and I went to dinner last night. I ordered 2 seafood enchiladas light spices. They were so sharp that I couldn't eat them. And I counted a total of 7 very small shrimps and the rest of the filling was large gray pieces of any kind of food fish. No Guac or acidic cream that was extra. And the last insult was on the bill they charge a fee of 4% to use a credit card!!

The #7 beef and beef taco lunch combo was excellent. Very clean.

The food isn't all that special. It's a fun place. But the flavor is nothing that leaves your mouth watering. It's just volume of food. Amd they will charge you a credit card fee. That's a deal breaker for me. Paying fees for credit usage is a simple business expense. When restaurants pass that on to guests, it's totally unethical. I won't ever return there simply for that reason alone. You drop my check and I see a price. My card gets run and another price on the bill comes back. I don't care if you post this charge on your menu, your entrance door, in the restroom, people use plastic. What's next, guests have to lease the eating utensils? Pay some of the electric bill? Screw you!
