What User doesn't like about Firehouse Subs Riverchase North Naples:
Tacos not completely boiled they were hard and stale. You can usually see the fat on jackets Tacos, but these had no fat.(lol). The only thing that was warm was the meat they put in. She called and informed managers and said how they are. Manager was not pleasant at all and very rude. You need to work on customer service skills.
