You can definitely taste the difference, the donuts ar... read more This is the only location [in Naples] that I know of that does NOT make their donuts from frozen batches! You can definitely taste the difference, the donuts are delicious and have a more fresh and flavorful taste! I cannot speak on the coffee as I am hooked on the Bucks of Star but again, donuts are delicious. They seem to have a good selection as well, great location with wonderful employees!

Manager hovers over new employees threatening one regular customer, b... read more Consistently poor service at counter. Negative attitude and perhaps communication problem. Manager hovers over new employees threatening one regular customer, be nice or she won 't put salt in his bag. The customer appeared calm and pleasant. Did not understand manager 's treatment or her training skills or lack thereof. High turnover and manager 's behavoir leads to consistent bad service. Perhaps the worst of any Dunkins.
