We have enjoyed dining at, Culinary Concepts' Pazzo Ristorante on 5th Ave. for many years. The food was always of high quality and the prices were fair. Lately, however, the converse is true. In March, I ordered my favorite dish, Tuna Puttanesca, as I have for a few years and it came with the lowest quality Tuna, full of grizzle or veins. Nowhere else have I been served such garbage! I complained to the waiter, which is most likely as far as it went. In addition, the price was raised from $27.50 to $31.50. Last night, prior to attending a play we noticed that the price is now $36.00! Needless to say, I ordered a different dish, Chicken Aqua Limone, which turned out to be dry and tasteless. My wife's Grouper was not any better. We will not return to this establishment even though we have a Culinary Concepts Club Card.

We had a thoroughly disappointing experience with the manager at Yabba's last night. He was extremely rude and engaged in an argument with us over a mistake he had made. This situation should never have escalated the way it did, and it completely ruined our evening. When we returned home, I contacted my credit card company to review the charges from the restaurant, only to find out that the manager, Keith Cronebach, had charged us twice on purpose. This was clearly not an error, and it is outright illegal. I am considering taking further action on this matter, possibly involving an attorney.

Culinary Concepts was unable to provide proof that a $100 gift card had been used, stating it had a $0 balance. However, the card was sent to New Hampshire and only arrived in Naples last week. They've apparently lost all transaction history for the card! I had to fight to get them to put even $50 back on it. What kind of company can't keep track of a gift card? It's ridiculous!
