The offer claims that you receive a $20 credit when you purchase a $100 gift card, but I sent a $250 gift card to a friend and still haven’t seen the credit. They refuse to honor my purchase because I made it two days before the promotion started, even though there was no clear indication that the promotion wasn't active at that time. Their website was promoting the gift card during that period. When I reached out for the $20 credit, my request was denied. This is extremely frustrating! If they truly understood customer behavior, they would realize that I would likely spend much more than that credit on food and drinks. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning to any of their restaurants!

He was extremely rude and engaged in an argument with us over a mistake he had made. This situation should never have escalated the way it did, and it completely ruined our evening. When we returned home, I contacted my credit card company to review the charges from the restaurant, only to find out that the manager, Keith Cronebach, had charged us twice on purpose. This was clearly not an error, and it is outright illegal. I am considering taking further action on this matter, possibly involving an attorney.
