Charleys Philly Steaks - Naples

Best cheese steaks ever, fresh and well made. Great costume service. I accidentally dropped my fries with Cheddar cheese and bacon and my Ranch sauce and they gave me a new one without asking. I really think it's the best place to eat in the dining room. Best quality/price ratio in the shopping center. Are you scared of Claudio and his workers?

I slept charley's philly because I was on the run and had to eat on the run. It was not very travel-friendly as it requires that you sit to enjoy full and I could not. The sandwich was pretty good. I had the normal chicken buffalo sandwich with original frits. Charleys is worth a try.

I ordered the Veggie sandwich. when I didn't get a question, I asked why? I was told that I didn't ask her? hmmmmmmmm many talk out and a little bit short on customer service. very anemic looking tomato (why disturbing.) $10 for sweet and an icy (ice already melted?) a bit expensive. now I see why Chick-Fil-A line is always full! obviously good consistent food and customer service there!

This used to be my favorite restaurant. I don't usually go to the mall, but I would always make a special trip just to eat at Charley's. However, during my recent visit, I was disappointed to find that they no longer had their signature seasoning available for the fries. When I asked if they could still season the fries with it, I was told they were using it on the meat instead. Despite this, they refused to put any on my fries and insisted that only salt and pepper were in the shaker, even though I could see the orange seasoning they were using. Additionally, the portion size of the fries had shrunk significantly compared to what it used to be. In my opinion, it's no longer worth going to Charley's, as Krueks is superior in terms of freshness and is conveniently located closer to me. If you're craving a cheesesteak, I recommend trying Krueks instead. Sadly, I won't be returning to Charley's after being a loyal customer since childhood.
