I went in today to get a smoothie, and the attendant informed me that she didn't know how to make one because she hadn't received any training. She mentioned she had been working there for a year—what? Just the other day, there was another attendant who didn't understand English well enough to make a smoothie either. What's going on?

The main item i... read more I purchased a mystery bag of candy for my kids, thinking it would be a fun surprise. Unfortunately, it turned out to be just leftover inventory. The main item in the bag was a package of colored tortillas—essentially just flour, food coloring, and oil. It was quite disappointing.
