Contribute Feedback What Oda Hills likes about Cafe Luna At Ramada Inn Naples:
I am not very often in town and this time I went back to the restaurant after they moved from downtown Naples (FL). We appreciate the service, but something was somewhat different in the quality of meals, maybe they changed the cook. Still a good location for a dinner. View all feedback.
What Oda Hills doesn't like about Cafe Luna At Ramada Inn Naples:
The service was way below standard. Unfortunately our server had some physical limitations, but we were initially charged for 3 drinks we didn’t order, we had to ask for bread, and service delivery was slow. Food quality was far below from your previous 5th Ave. and Pine Ridge locations. Overall, this was a disappointment. View all feedback.
Very nice evening. eating and service were excellent. we're coming back.
We enjoyed our dinner very much, but we have made a reservation for a high table and there were no available. at first we sat near the back door, but the lighting was very bad. we wanted to sit outside, and that was lovely, our waitress and the food was very good. I think the recipeist could be more friendly as he puts the ton for the night. I know that the restaurant has been changed a lot in a few years and I am very happy with the current restaurant. I am, however, of the view that a make-over is in order and a brightening of the opposite would be a great improvement.
As usual, eating and service was superb..it is always a pleasure to dinner in the luna cafe, as they are always so polite and helpful. tim was our waiter and he did a great job. we will be back as it is a veally great deal
Salmon overcooked, not enough wait staff to accommodate the crowd. Entertainer’s voice too soft music too loud
Kinda sad. A shadow of it’s former self food good but limited. Sketchy! Made me itchy to be there.
