We had a family dinner night and I ordered the Ossobuco paired with saffron risotto. It was possibly the best meal I've ever had! Everyone else was also really happy with their selections. They’ve done an amazing job transforming the old Chardonnay’s into a delightful new favorite. The service was impeccable, and the owner, Mike, was very attentive. I can't wait to return! What Elana Feldman doesn't like about Bellini Italian Restaurant And Bar:
A solid BELOW AVERAGE FOOD with WAY above average POSING! Went here 2 years ago on a previous trip to Naples and loved it enough to come again on this trip for a Special Celebration . Despite all the fuss and fancy , the food had no taste, no attention, no pride... I had the Marsala: No wine taste or intricacy was detected in the dish, very bland flavor to the protein; Another party had the Salmon Livornese: None of... View all feedback.
EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! Starting with complementary valet and ending with the best tiramisu and limoncello! The atmosphere was very chic and upscale and the staff were INCREDIBLE! Freddy our waiter was extremely professional and friendly. The owner came to our table multiple times to check in on how things were going and was very personable! The food and drinks were absolutely DELICIOUS! We started off with an espresso martini and it was by far the best martini I?ve had in the Naples area, absolute perfection! We had the burrata appetizer special and all the ingredients were so fresh, it should be a staple in their menu! Our meals were also absolutely delicious! So much flavor and so fresh! As a travel nurse I tend to not go to the same restaurant more than once since I am only in a place for a short while but I will definitely be making an exception for Bellini?s! The staff were so friendly and we were treated like we were family, not just guests of a restaurant!
Bellini is an Italian restaurant located just a few miles north of the well known 5th Avenue. It is located on the property of the Best Western hotel. Parking was ample and valet service is available especially helpful during rainy season. We were seated in the back, overlooking the garden area of the pool, by a lovely woman named Janice. The beautiful dining area seating was well spaced allowing diners ample room to move about and converse without the fear of interrupting other guests see picture . Zanella, our server, and her team, Lorena and Marcos were amazing and made our experience even more memorable by their professional service and attentiveness. The owner, Mike, also dropped by each table to either check on his guests' dining experience or to catch up with a returning guest, a practice lost by many restaurant hosts today. The menu choices were extensive and appealing to all. For our meal we began with the burrata and procuitto special appetizer which was plentiful enough to share. As a main course. I enjoyed the chicken marsala which was served with potatoes and vegetables see picture What I loved most about this dish was that it was not only delicious but, it was not floating in marsala sauce. My husband enjoyed the Veal Valdostana. Sadly, I did not get a picture of his dish before it was eaten but, I did snap a picture of what his plate looked like when he was finished our thanks to Lorena for providing us with extra bread to clean up our plates! . We finished the night with one of their many delicious desserts and coffee espresso and tea yes they do have decaffeinated! One comment I would offer to enhance the elegance of the dining experience would be to change from laminated dinner menus most likely instituted at the height of Covid to a more formal look. I would also present the dessert and after dinner drink menu, now presented on copy paper, with a more formal look. Overall it was a wonderful dining experience which I hope one day
From the moment we walked in we felt like family , the owners the wait staff are simply wonderful. Being from New York I wanted a real authentic Italian dinner and I got that and so much more. The gnocchi Gorgonzola was OMG. Thank you to everyone At Bellini Inc. for making our dinner experience wonderful.
A solid BELOW AVERAGE FOOD with WAY above average POSING! Went here 2 years ago on a previous trip to Naples and loved it enough to come again on this trip for a Special Celebration . Despite all the fuss and fancy , the food had no taste, no attention, no pride... I had the Marsala: No wine taste or intricacy was detected in the dish, very bland flavor to the protein; Another party had the Salmon Livornese: None of the usual ingredients presented themselves, no olives, no capers, just a bland, simplified tomato sauce; The final member had the Dover scallops and she did enjoy them. All in all, very disappointing for a restaurant of that caliber and, at $260, for 3 main dishes and 3 drinks, very not worth it...
The place is gorgeous and spacious inside. Wasn't loud like so many places are. My only problem was the $52 sea bass special was very Bland. The scalloped potatoes were fantastic and I wish there had been more since the fish was underwhelming.
