We rarely give negative reviews, but we hope this feedback will help the owners make some changes. Unfortunately, there seemed to be no English-speaking staff available to assist us, and we had difficulty understanding the menu. No one here spoke english and doesn’t have prices for foods, I asked what the price was for a certain food to determine what I wanted but the price wasn’t given to me, she just turned around and started making it. While she was making it, I kept asking what the price was and she acted like she couldn’t hear me. I asked for a small cup of corn and was overcharged. They make the best mangonada in town! I can not wait till the Estates location opens up.
It has been a while since I received a surprise like this, the place caught my eye with the Piña Loca but had the Jarriloco. The combination of favors was amazing! Sweet, tangy, to spicy and salty. If you're in the neighborhood I highly suggest you try it.
This place is the best place I've been in Naples. Claudia was very patient explaining the different items that i asked about... she was so helpful and I really appreciated her excellent customer service. I decided on the takislicos and their homemade ice cream bar, nuez (nuts). It was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. WAY BETTER THAN I EVEN EXPECTED.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Great service great atmosphere amazing food items . There will be another location opening in the estates soon and I’m excited for it
