When I moved here over a year ago, it was great. Very slow, long lines but now they have new Management and her name is Trina. She knows my order and all I have to say is good morning Trina and she knows right away who I am. Treat these hard working people with respect. Called three times to the store to resolve issue before posting this, no answer on any attempt. Drive thru wait time not bad. ordered several breakfast wraps and munchkins with two drinks. missing three of six wakeup wraps, had to change munchkin order at window because they ran out one car in front of me. one drink was wrong. Order was completely wrong. Ordered pumpkin cold latte. Medium hot coffee with 1 cream and 1 sugar. No pumpkin flavor. Ticket read 4 cream 5 sugar. Asked for banana nut muffin. Received blueberry. Following week same problem.
Both coffee’s orders were wrong even after addressing it it was still wrong, ordered a breakfast sandwich and was horrible. Egg was cold and so was the bacon. Ended up throwing out my whole order.

However, this order was messed up at several steps and taking it home to my family and not having the order correct was a bad experience.
Trina is awesome at drive through freindly a nd nice and at the jeanne is so nice kind and friendly please give them a eaise
They are always friendly and always make my order right. My favorite Dunkin'.
