I had the fresh seafood place starter as well as the spaghetti alle vongole. It didn’t taste like the freshest product, which is not acceptable for being so close for he sea. It didn’t have this “salty sea” taste, it was pretty mediocre. The price remained correct

When we chose our different dishes the waiter suggested there was a problem, but did not specify what. The starters he suggested were quite nice, proved to be the best part of the meal. After a long wait one of our plates arrived and was eaten solo as the day was cold. After another long wait, two more similar plates arrived and were eaten. Then after more waiting another appeared. Finally after a further very long interval the final plate came. All very embarrassing considering we were entertaining an old friend who had travelled far to be with us and we were hoping for a jolly occasion to eat together. Actually none of the plates of food were very good, only passable, and we realised that ideally if you eat here in a party you would all need to choose the same menu. Perhaps the kitchen was understaffed as it was a Sunday? Whatever, on a cold day sitting waiting for ages to eat separately was sad and a huge disappointment, even though the food was edible if not very hot when it finally got to us.
