checked on the campsite via the street, and what turned out for a bonus of this bar/restaurant. we had 4 delicious beers; a mere sample of the offer. we are real drinkers, we know what we like and we like what we know. we also like to discover new animals, and that was the knee of the bee for it. we ate well. Beautiful retro hotel where the ferry was earlier before 1920s. fantastic brewery with high-quality hospitable, knowledgeable, friendly staff and great eating.
Not only their own beers but another 25 odd on tap!
Popped in around 1:30pm, not many guests around. Service was a little slow, but we got their attention eventually. Ordered the Fried Chicken Burger as I was craving something spicy. It was... everything I wanted and then some. The fried chicken patty was both tasty and juicy, and the sriracha peri peri dressing had a nice flavourful punch which really elevated the burger. There is a wide selection of beers here, but I only had a chance to try the sugarloaf, which was great. I would visit again just for the Fried Chicken Burger and a glass of Sugarloaf beer.
We visited Mission and were lucky enough to catch Hugh on his last day, he was fun and informative with an expansive dialogue, we wish you the best in Sweden! The tasting was awesome value with the free glass and the cab franc was superb!
Stopped in for a quick drink and was pleasantly surprised with the interior. Service was friendly and prices were reasonable. Plenty of parking available across the road during peak periods.
