Contribute Feedback What Bubblz doesn't like about Stacks Naperville:
Came here to try a new breakfast spot, unfortunately was quite disappointed. Service by our host and server were great, very friendly. However the food was unfortunate. I got the corned beef Benedict with side pancakes. The corned beef was not cooked long enough as it didn't have the usual char and color that they typically have. The pancakes also undercooked as they were still sticky instead of fluffy with that batt... View all feedback.
Another entity that is pretty much a juicy o. I am a big big fan of all things Juicy-O. It is one of my favorite diners in the burbs when I saw that it was gone and this new stacks had taken over I remembered that I went to Juicy-O on Washington St and they changed their name as well (sweet toast). I have never been to this location but it is huge, the seasoned potatoes were hardly seasoned but the French toast was amazing. That caramel banana was sensational and so fluffy. Free Wi-Fi I worked there for about an hour and left after I finished eating. Service is great, good for big and small parties. I asked what kind of juice they had and the waitress said regular OJ but as I was leaving there was a whole chalk wall of juice and coffee options. Probably better rating if the potatoes and juice situation was addressed. Fast, friendly service and tasty food. Each location might want to look into new seating options because they were both torn, old and cracked. Literal holes in the seats.
Good food and customer service. Love the breakfast selection and atmosphere. Kudos. Great experience.
I miss juicy O. Inside my omelette was a rotten mushroom it was disgusting. I got the chicken cream soup and they gave me no spoon horrible service waiter forgets my toast and ask if I still want it. Forgets all sauces never brought water for the table never refilled my coffee cup. The chicken in the chicken and waffle was bland. The only good thing was the sunset juice and my waffles. Don't waste your time or your money.
Met some friends there for breakfast. The food was good. Loved the open atmosphere of the high ceilings. Food came fast.
The pancakes also undercooked as they were still sticky instead of fluffy with that batter taste. Alot of empty tables with a long wait which is typical nowadays, so I would say the cooks were probably pressured to be in a rush.
