I will never go to Starbucks again! This place was pure bliss. Coffee is a million times better than other corporate coffee. Atmosphere is pleasantly lacking the uppity/“too busy to be nice” people. I was able to take my time while ordering and felt able to ask questions (the woman at the counter was very helpful! I was also able to find a comfy corner to work for a few hours. Extremely slow service, mediocre coffee. I've had numerous different coffee selections from the menu, and they are consistently mediocre. I also took a poll of others I know that go there, and they are consistently mediocre and super slow. View all feedback.
Favorite coffee spot in downtown Naperville. Coffee is strong and the real deal here so just FYI. My favorite is a latte with some caramel pumps and the double chocolate cookie. Teas here are also delicious! My only downside is the service cleanliness when it's busy. In my order they forgot one coffee and the place and bathrooms could be a bit cleaner but that's just my opinion. Will not stop me from coming back at all. If you have not visited, definitely try it out as it's delicious.
After an F3 workout or rucking downtown..Sparrow is the place to go.
I had the batch brew which was medium roast coffee today. Good coffee but it tasted burnt unfortunately thus the four stars.
