The food was... read more Ordered delivery for a medium cheese pizza, 1/2 with mushroom. Somehow the price doubled when the delivery guy showed up, which took over 2 hours. The food was cold, and the pizza had been smashed into the corner (which we didn't know until we paid and opened it). As far as ordering again, I'd rather eat cardboard, which is at least free and has more flavor then this pizza.

When the delivery was 20-30 minutes lat... read more I placed an order a day in advance for a birthday party, as the venue suggested. Unfortunately, my order was overlooked. When the delivery was 20-30 minutes late, I called to find out what was going on. While the man on the phone was apologetic, he also mentioned that I should have called sooner, which felt unfair since it wasn't my responsibility. To make matters worse, the pizza arrived late and seemed undercooked. The kids ended up having only 5-10 minutes to eat before we had to leave the party room, resulting in a lot of wasted food. I was promised a partial refund as compensation, but that has yet to be received.
