Mcdonald's - Naperville

Changed my from 4 to 1 star. For the past several months, every order has been consistently wrong or missing items. Recent staff is not friendly and lacks customer service skills. Multiple times my food has taken over 30 mins and is cold when received.

When I had a longer commute I would stop by every morning. The crew there are fantastic and always attentive even in the drive-thru. It's a good way to start your day around friendly people. Update: It saddens me to say that unless you are visiting late night or early morning, expect your food to be wrong, cold, or both. I was very happy satisfied with my food!! Everything was hot!! My Big Macs had enough sauce were not dry like they usually are! The seating areas are nice and modern. The staff is constantly walking around to keep the dining areas clean. It’s hard to find a McDonald's anywhere like this one. The food was actually better than the other McDonalds. Usual McDonald's food. However, the staff was awesome. Everyone was friendly.

The staff is very nice but always double check your order before driving off or going to sit down. They often miss items in your order.
