I requested extra sau... read more We waited in the drive-thru line for at least 15 minutes. When we finally reached the order box, we simply placed our order from the menu. I requested extra sauce and pickles on the Nashville chicken tenders. After a long wait, we finally made it to the window, where the gentleman informed us they had run out of Diet drinks. He mentioned they had the usual options plus two types of sweet tea, but then he told us they were out of both teas as well. It's important to note that we had just ordered right before us, and yet in two separate conversations, we learned they had run out of drink options. The dine-in area was closed, so we had to eat in the car. To make matters worse, the regular soda we received was not filled to the top. Once we settled in to eat, we realized we weren't given any napkins with our fried chicken. Overall, the service was disappointing. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant. On a positive note, the food was delicious; it's just unfortunate that the service was lacking.
