A true gem this little place is. Being from the South I miss Southern comfort food which this place has mastered. What SHA LONDA doesn't like about It's A Southern Thing: Kitchen:
Had the Shrimp Grits, mimosa w/a shot of coconut rum, and waffle balls. THE FOOD WAS GGRRR8!!! Don't recommend the mimosa however. Smallest mimosa I've ever had/seen…not worth the . Will definitely be back tho! View all feedback.
Fried green tomatoes had too much breading not enough seasoning!!
We enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and the big breakfast sandwich. We will come back to try the fried green tomatoes and chicken and waffles.
The pulled pork sandwich is fantastic. Highly recommend it. Food seems to be higher quality than other BBQ places in the area.
Good food. We will definitely try this place again.
Excellent service, nice selection of beers, and delicious country fried steak and eggs.
