Elements At Water Street - Naperville

Beautiful space and excellent service! I hosted my daughter's bridal shower here and it was amazing! Everyone was impressed with the venue and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff was super attentive and on point for the entire time. I would definitely recommend Elements at Water Street, as well as use them again! We also stayed overnight at the Hotel Indigo and our stay was very pleasant and comfortable hotel was clean, very nicely decorated, and the staff was very polite and accommodating. I will be back!!

Our communication with the Director was smooth at the beginning of 2020, but became disorganized as quarantine hit and our wedding date approached. Despite this, the amazing support staff kept the venue running smoothly during the pandemic.

If you are thinking about choosing Elements for your wedding, I highly recommend it. My experience on my special day was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere and decorations in the room were fantastic, and the food received rave reviews from all of our guests. Cheryl was fantastic to work with; she was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process. We had to make some changes to our ceremony due to Covid-19, but she was able to accommodate all of our needs without any issues, which was a huge relief for us. The entire staff was amazing, handling everything smoothly even with the challenges of Covid-19, and our guests were very impressed with our event. I cannot recommend this venue enough!

We visited the wedding venue and tried the tasting menu. The food was delicious. The staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend it!

Host of a braut shower at elements for 34 and.4 children. while the hotel is very nice, and the small room where we hosted the shower in the same way, the event manager was not very attentive before the event. I think location like these forget that they work for the customer or don't worry about a $1500 order. I should have been looking elsewhere, but not. no surprise that the event itself was just okay. the room was freezing. it rained. they said they had erected the heat, but they never warmed up. I had to ask to put a candle on the table. I've never been asked anything else than if I wanted to pay extra for tableclothing. the quiche was supposed to be hot when she was served and some told me they were cold. most of the baked that were served while they looked good were not fresh and many were stoney. we have paid for the whole event because supposedly all foods had to be ordered. fortunately, all the guests were happy to see themselves, so it was largely overlooked, but it was disappointing to pay all the same, top-dollar for so cold quiche and stele bucks. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
