They have a happy hour after 2 PM for both hot and cold drinks, which I haven't seen at other locations. Whenever I'm working in Naperville or Lisle, I always make it a point to stop by this store.

I understand that the pandemic has changed things but businesses need to bring back quality or lose customers. I will not be doing business with this location any time soon.

Donuts tasted at least a week old and were very chewy and stale. Might as well have slapped some glaze on some cardboard and bagged it up. Biggest waste of money and gas. Didn't have most of the donuts I even wanted to top it off. Hopefully they can get their act together because not only are they an embarrassment to the Dunkin brand but also to the overall donut family. The donu … – show
