I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this location. The main woman wearing glasses was quite rude and appeared to view every customer who entered as a burden. I would strongly suggest opting for a different Dunkin', as I always feel unwelcome at this one. View all feedback.
It wouldn't hurt to have a lighter, more humorous approach and be more considerate towards the customers.
It is not even 7 o'clock, and there are no dozen donuts that you had, no more baking or thawing. Just ridiculous.
Do not waste your time and avoid this place. There never have anything in the bakery department available. Everytime I go there, they only have 2-3 max varieties in donuts. Their timing is weird as well. They close everyday at 1pm!
I bought a hot chocolate this morning that took about 10 minutes to arrive, and it tasted watery. I assumed their machine was low on mix, so I poured it out and saw the powder all clumped at the bottom. This isn’t the first time they’ve been this careless, but it will definitely be my last.
I really love Dunkin', but this location isn't great. Each time I visit, I'm told that the restroom is out of order.
