When I opened the bag (receipt said c... read more Terrible customer service. I used drive thru and ordered a bacon-cheese-egg bagel sandwich and drove home about 3 minutes. When I opened the bag (receipt said correct sandwich) it was cream cheese on bagel. Now I had to drive back to get correct sandwich. High school girl I guess was working counter and I said they gave me wrong sandwich. After a minute or 2 she gave me the correct sandwich. I asked what they were going to do for the error and my time. She had no idea said you got a new sandwich. I asked about my time frankly I would expect a business to apologize (I don’t recall that happening) and either credit the sale back or give a customer a free sandwich card or something. I know it’s only 5-6 minutes f time and only a $6 sandwich but it’s the attitude that disturbs me. A stocky Indian man, who I assumed was the manager, didn’t offer anything. I asked what he was going to do finally he said I can give you a bagel!! Still no sorry that I recall. I asked for Dunkin customer service number and he said he didn’t have I I could goggle it. Not acceptable!

For the $15 I paid for a dozen, I was expec... read more This Dunkin’ is very much mediocre. When it comes to the donuts, they have a very limited variety and were VERY dry. For the $15 I paid for a dozen, I was expecting a bit better.

However, when we picked up the order... read more We ordered cold brew coffee and refreshers from Dunkin' through the app, thinking we had selected no ice for the cold brew. However, when we picked up the order, the coffee had ice in it. My husband asked if they could remove the ice, and the staff said it would cost an extra dollar. He agreed, but then the staff told him to speak with the manager first. The manager then explained that they couldn’t remove the ice and that my husband would need to buy a new coffee without ice. My husband was very disappointed because there was way too much ice in his coffee, which made it hard to enjoy. It was also frustrating that the staff did not honor what was stated in the menu and on the app about removing ice for an additional charge. Overall, the experience was marked by poor customer service. Thank you.

I didn’t catch the name of the young woman working late afternoon on 8/20, but she was very friendly and made for a great experience.
