Burger King - Naperville

Food here taste a bit different than most other locations, probably not the best but when your craving the goods not a bad fix to scratch the itch. Place was really clean overall.Food: 5/5

Cashier was friendly and he didn't have an attitude when I asked for fresh onion rings. Would not order them again. Not sure what happened to the onions. Mainly just a spongy, gooey filler inside of the ring. Don't think they qualify as onion rings.

Please get some help! Fast food that takes 30 min to order...come on. Also, when you get help please clean this building. It took so long in the drive through we noticed how very dirty it is.

Very rude service! Missing a drink and Waited 10 min for fresh fries and the fry’s were not fresh. I called back and talked to a lady who totally did not care about customer service. She hung up on me. When I called back and started leaving a voicemail about my awful service, awful phone call, and customer service she answered the phone and hung up so I could not leave details over a recorded line. I then called back once more and the line was either shut off or she blocked me. That’s crazy she had this much attitude over a 12 dollar meal. She argued why I did not come back if my food was cold but explained I work for a living too and had a 30 min lunch break. Will never be supporting this Burger King again! Awful service.

Clean place and food was better than most burger kings, definately worth a try if you like fast food.Food: 5/5
