One of my favorite restaurants food is Top Tier. Management and service not so great. I’ve been in several occasions to give an honest review.They need to up their customer service stat. An Outstanding menu with out the Professional and exceptional customer service kills a business. Hopefully they improve this because it’s a Beautiful restaurant and exceptional dishes and desserts they offer. Every guests needs to be Welcomed in and Greeted on their way out. I would also recommend they get an espresso machine and offer specialty, lattes, cappuccinos Etc!! The dishes are also healthy portions and value for money. Definitely recommend the Pappardelle for dinner. Any of the Brunch options you can’t go wrong with. Dessert ? crème brûlée and pecan pie are are outstanding. Everything is presented beautifully.
