Itty Bitty Diner - Napanee

I'm here early for my business meeting. I offered a table and a cup of coffee. loretta the owner was a great host and helped both in the kitchen and with customer service. the meal was perfect, real...home fries! my eggs with brown toast and sausages met the place. my sense is that this diner has returned a pretty good business of customers. easy to understand why!

My eggs were cold. when I brought it to the attention of the servers, I felt uncomfortable. on their return, no apologies when brought back, they do not follow to see if everything was in order. Eier were hot, but my hatebrown were cold.

Faster and friendly service. ideal for families or meet with friends. quality food at low cost.

I had an early morning in napaneee today. locked for a quick bite. After I had eaten half my omelette, I pulled a black hair (I am blond) out of my mouth. I almost cleaned, I looked on my plate and there's another hair. I saw my plate up to the server and showed it. she was destroyed. but said I don't know where it would come from. when I bent into the kitchen in the dark haired cook over the grill, no hair net on. I said I was wondering.

The service was terrible..went out for lunch today Thursday the tables of men came in..and I sat by myself and was ignored for minutes the men's tables got served long before I did ..all I wanted was a soup and coffee I wish...I had walked out, the soup wasn't that good, yes I told her I was not impressed at waiting for that long she said she was busy I said you were not you served tables that came in after me...I told her not to worry for I will not be here again..you just lost a customer...
