The absolute best staff and experience. I never write reviews but needed to for crush bc this team went above and beyond for my family and we are so grateful and thankful to them. What Shany Wisozk doesn't like about Crush Bowling Alley:
First thing when we arrived, I had asked if we can check in early for our reservation which was only 20 minutes and right off the bat I was told “we are completely booked so won’t be able to do that but let me check”I had a reservation… As he was checking, we went to the bar. Bartender was simply rude. Awful customer service and honestly won’t ever go here again. View all feedback.
We scheduled a 9:30 bowling reservation and didn’t end up bowling until after 10:30pm. The management seems very confused. Terrible experience.
Restaurant accepted reservations but was closed due to unknown reasons when attempting to call to find out why they were closed
Loved it cleanest and best bowling alley best customer service I have ever had a bowling alley. Is now our family favorite
I took my grand kids … the wait staff was lagging in returning with orders
Fantastic staff. Very friendly and helpful and patient. Ate lunch at Olive &Hay prior and the food and staff was great there too. Can’t wait to come back
