The food was mediocre at best except for the lamb lollipops appetizer. The steak was undercooked and not seasoned. The Manager was service oriented and took care of us at the end. Very disappointed. Will not return. View all feedback.
Place was dead, eating was ruined with the amount of unknown wobble and salt. to the happiness our waiter was respectful, but there was another waiter who was extremely overwhelming and who did not want to leave the tables alone. only sat and told them his life stories from the last 40 years. he made our experience very bad on the top of quite badly prepared meals.
Jubilee the entire experience was 5star. bailey our server was exceptional, friendly and attentive. in any case on our list of high-end restaurants that are worth the cost.
Toughest filet I’ve ever eaten. Requested new knives so we could cut through the steak. Not work the price.
Amazing gracious service, fantastic meal, and three hours of laughs with colleagues that was long overdue. Seamless accommodation for a gluten free diner. 10/10
We were lucky to get a table for 4 during happy hour at this popular restaurant. We had drinks, hamburgers and fries. Everything was really good and we had a great time. The restaurant is attached to the Archer Hotel in downtown Napa. A Charlie Palmer Restaurant is always a good meal.
