T... read more I visited the restaurant around 12:30 on Sunday. There was a wait of about 30-40 people. It took almost 2 hours to be seated, although timing may play a role. There are about 2 parking lots in addition to the one in front of the restaurant, but luckily one spot was open this time and we were able to park. This restaurant does not seat customers as tables become available, but instead clears out the entire restaurant before seating everyone at once. They take your order while you wait, so once you are seated, the food is served very quickly. This time, I ordered the spicy miso ramen. The thick noodles had a good chew, and the soup was flavorful and delicious. The spicy miso had a strong garlic flavor, adding spiciness and aroma each time it melted into the soup. Locals say that the taste can vary slightly between different locations, so I look forward to trying other branches next time.

The restaurant operates on a quick turnover system to make large quantities of ramen at once, and although I thought it might be lukewarm, it was actually piping hot! The taste was as delicious as rumored, with a subtle spiciness and a strong garlic flavor that was addictive.
