Shaking Crab - Nanuet

I placed a large order only to find out that this place is permanently closed. I don’t know why they let you order when they’re not open anymore, it makes no sense

Terrible experience…They don’t know the difference between spices….Acted oblivious to the questions asked while ordering (waitress said the food wasn’t spicy after I clarified I don’t like food that’s too spicy)…sent the food back…. Then, received the bill and was charged for a drink I didn’t have …As well as the food I didn’t eat……When I told the waitress I only had one drink she accused me of lying…the rest of my party had to let her know she never brought a second drink to me….The manager sat … – show

Tried seafood for the first time here and I'm glad I did. The food was delicious, the service was fast, and the staff was very friendly and polite. What got me hooked was their snow crab legs and easy-peel shrimp mixed in barlic sauce. Definitely recommend you give them a try.

Why is this placed permanently closed but their website says its open and allows you to make orders online. We spent a good amount of money and made an order online for pick up through the website only to arrive at the store to find its closed. Update your locations so us customers don't lose our hard-earned money. Absolute BS.
