What User doesn't like about Mama Italian Pizzeria:
I ordered a stuffed pizza and received what I thought was the incorrect order. I called the restaurant and it seems their online menu descriptions differ from their actual menu. I did not receive what I ordered or what I thought I ordered. The staff did not rectify the situation and I ended up paying for a meal I did not eat. This is not how a business should operate. Ordered the grandmas thin crust sicilian last night and it was fantastic!! The sauce on it was soooooo good. This was our first time ordering and we’ll definitely be trying out more in the future! The menu is extensive.
I ordered the sports chicken salad, taco fries, and honey wings from Mama Pizzeria. Wait time was less than a hour, the food was delicious, and it came which I inhaled and loved the complementary garlic knots. For my first time ordering from here I’lll definitely be ordering again and would recommend this restaurant. I had a issue once with my order well I didn’t like those Sicilian pizza and the staff Rectified it and handled it professionally. Since then I haven’t had any problems with my orders and I’m so happy finally to have found a great authentic Italian restaurant and it’s a wonderful plus that these guys offer delivery to the residence of Nanticoke.
