What Shannon Walker doesn't like about Taj-Mahal:
noon mandatory menu with very few dishes offered. It's really bad. the Biryani was good but lack of spices and peppers, despite my request. If I go to an Indian restaurant, it's not to eat nature rice. It's still very correct but frustrating. tea dessert with cardamom, original. small tables. little light. the room is accessible to handi armchairs. View all feedback.
After I tried Indian food throughout Europe and got a few ingenious foods before me, so I was a bit doubtful to try the taj mahal. I was pleasantly surprised to get the real Indian food, and they even had the digestion on the theke. that was as I expected and included a lot of rice. at many places is the rice extra, a real enrollment for a cup rice, but not here
Continuous decent meal. has tried a few restaurants in nantes. this is the best indian they can get, although the taste is only average. I've been living here for six months.
The place looked like a typical Indian restaurant that they get in the UK. flock wallpaper, piped Indian music and I'm sure there was a fish tank somewhere. that was nice to eat, but it was for a lashy palate, as it was not very. picky the balti was as mild as a corma and my friends biryani was very disappointing, nothing as they would see in a uk indian. it came with a large bowl of natural yogurt that was cold. in 99.9% of the Indians in Great Britain they get a mandatory free papadam, unfortunately not here. Although I am sure that the owners are trying – it is in spite of the French gloom, so ready to be disappointed when they are in nantes and they are brittle.
We go there regularly, a friendly welcome of the boss, a very good kitchen ( their naan cheese is very good as well as shahi korma chicken). We recommend this restaurant. Too bad the dessert card is limited.
