We had lunch at the impulse. Nice food. But unfortunately quite unattractive and insipid. Excellent from end to end. What a pleasure! We wouldn’t have praise! It is succulent, surprising, refined, delicate.... A very beautiful journey that we will make as soon as possible! Very nice discovery. The sommelier’s agreement with the dishes was perfect! The reception and service are unison with the quality of the dishes: Nice, passionate, available, generous.... A good taste experience to remember! It was one of the best and certainly the most original meal I had in Nantes. We opted for the special season menu on game meat. Savors and very impressive chords (the most memorable for me: the royal hare, the crust pate, the first meal bites like a kind of red candy, the wild herb cakes and the swamp with infusion of pine needles at the end of the meals). The wine recommendation was perfectly compatible with the two main plates since they shared the same notes of wild berries. The whole meal was a perfect blend of tradition and creativity. A wonderful tasteful experience to remember! It was one of the best and certainly the most original meal I had in Nantes. We went for the special theme season menu around the game meat. Very impressive aromas and twinnings (the most memorable for me: the royal hare, the crust pate, the small cocks at the beginning of the meal as a sort of frozen candy, the small wild herb pies and the guimauve with the infusion of pine needles at the end of the meal). The wine recommendation went perfectly with the two main plates since they shared the same notes of wild berries. The whole meal was an impeccable blend of tradition and creativity.
