eating and drinking were delicious. the linsenburger was great. managed to get a oat latte and really enjoyed it. we came back to two days in the city, as we arrived too late for lunch on the first day (it closes at 2 o'clock), they arrive on time (I think they open at 12/12:30 o'clock.) What User doesn't like about L'ethiquete:
Had the fish with salad and likes it. It's not very fishy and that's why I liked it the portion wasn't very big i could have much more of it. I had a glutenfree apple crumble as desert and liked it aswell Updated from previous review on 2022-07-30 View all feedback.
Nice little restaurant, nicely decorated with friendly chasing. Three options from starter, main course and dessert, all vegan. All I tried was delicious! Eating is not taken to your table, you need to collect your dish and then take it back, sort your recyclable, composting, what can be composted, etc.
Restaurant 100% vegan only at noon, everything is very good, big up to tofish and chips
We ate the famous tofish and chips (excellent! With desserts (crumble and chocolate blend. Nice atmosphere.
The staff is great, the tofish is tasty and the atmosphere is very friendly.
While there are vegan options in some of the close by Thai restaurants, it’s hard to believe in this day and age (Sept. 2023)that this is the only 100% vegan restaurant in Nantes. It’s only open for 3 hours a day (Lunch) and the menus is generally 3 options in each course. It’s simple and functionally furnished with polite staff who have good English (better than my French). Had the Tofish&chips which was good and the burger that others were eating also looked good. Worth a visit support as much as you can and maybe others might take to opening a plant based eatery in this fine town.
