Had the fish and chips, it was like in the UK but about half as much fish and chips in quantity. There was a bit of salad and carrots on the side with some tartar sauce. No vinegar however. For 13€. Plus about 4€ for a drink. View all feedback.
What Franck Lejeune doesn't like about Le Pilori:
Average menu. Tried to order in French but the waiter assumed that his English was better and kept talking to me in English. Very annoying. Sandwiches were in baguettes that were not fresh and were burned. Very sparse filling. Salads were not served with side...basket of bread until requested. View all feedback.
Very good reception and the cook is professional. For lunch at noon it's perfect and fast. Very good. Salad of the day, lawyer, quinoa, emmental, hard egg, crust, cucumbers, chicken net.
Fast service. Good cooking. Beautiful atmosphere on the small square
Restaurant chosen by the children for my part a true double dwarf, excellent gourmet coffee. Mangé has the insider. Friendly staff
Very good personal lunch nice enough, but little problem with the smell of the cigarette that comes back with the wind
Came here for lunch after a long morning visiting the nearby castle. The little square was buzzing and it had a good atmosphere - a good sign. We had a small table facing out which we liked. It is a typical French bristo that serves simple but decent food. The plat du jour was tatare de boeuf which was very nice. We also had the Salade Pilori which was delicious. The Tarte aux Pommes was yummy! All in all, it is a nice place to come to to rest your feet and have something nice to eat. The service was very good.
