From choice, a style I love in the bakery look but not that! A real sense of trade we've just gone back with extra cabbages! And frankly their sandwiches
Ancient bakeries bought by the Maison Bécam, this one on rue de Verdun is currently closed pending work I imagine. In hoping that bread and pastries will be as good as those offered before.
La Boulangerie d'Antan is not a restaurant, but an outstanding take-out boulangerie near the Cathedral. The breads, including many creative whole-grain varieties, are excellent, but it is one extraordinary sandwich which prompted this review: chèvre, tomato, lettuce, walnuts, and a drizzle of olive oil on a baguette. The combination of ingredients was perfect, as was the quality of each, for freshness and flavor. Any visit to France includes numerous sandwiches, but this is by far the best I have had.
Incredibly delicious! It's hard to resist ArnO's pastries, as elegant in the window as they are tasty in the mouth. The service is always very friendly. I recommend to do and have fun! The prices are a little high but worth the quality of the products. The line is sometimes long because the bakery is a victim of its success, so be patient!
