I usually leave no opinion or generally in good French that only respects to say negative things. Arrival at a late hour at my hotel as part of a professional trip, I was guided by the reception of this one at this address. First discovery in this restaurant setting fell, I was greeted with a big smile that is quite pleasant and rare today! I take a place and let me try with the burrata... my pretty peach, here served in a pizza so good but copier that I couldn't finish it. Being tempted by several dishes on the map, I thought I would resound the adventure another night... And then finally the next evening ... then the noon ... and so on ... be pleasantly surprised at every dish I decided to make my canteen : It is so easy to leave a negative opinion on a single impression, that I can with this last week have the back to tell you that this place is A BONNE TRÈS ADDRESS!!!! I'm a raw meat fan. I can only recommend that the tartar that is divine... What a pleasure for taste buds to see that some restaurants still know how to cook fresh! Just a taste of cuisine! Neither too much nor too much nor not enough, the products are not denatured or spoiled by a too full of sauce for example ... 10 years spent in this profession we can be even more critical. My only regret is that in a week I wouldn't have had time to taste the whole card! If the opportunity is to pass through Nantes I will come without hesitation again assoir to this table. A big thank you to the team of the room for its warm welcome and the cooks for having enjoyed me. I hope so.

Pizzas with an incredible finesse of taste, cooked to perfection, I did not expect to find ingredients as fresh and good.. I recommend that the eyes be closed, and I will return as soon as possible.
