What User doesn't like about Nantahala Village Resort:
Great location, clean room, friendly staff. But no pool access due to construction, we called 2 weeks before our stay to ask if the pool will be open and was told yes. Game room was not clean, missing pool balls, broken ping pong table. We had a hard time keeping our 11 yo son entertained. View all feedback.

I would give them 100 stars if I could. I organized my 45th class reunion and it was absolutely wonderful! Deb, the food, the atmosphere--everything was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this place! Everything was perfect. Everything I told Deb we wanted, we got. The place is beautiful and everyone in my class praised the staff and the venue. Again 100 stars from me!

Nantahala Village is a charming. We stayed the weekend for SCHS 45th class reunion. It was simply amazing the care and attention Deb (Manager) paid to us. The decor is warm earthy and eclectic. The music table settings and atmosphere was as beautiful as the mountains that surrounds the Resort. I highly recommend this place for Reunions or the outdoor enthusiasts.Thank you Deb, for your warm hospitality.Rooms: Our room was spacious and clean. We needed help carrying luggage to our room. Young man came up and gladly carried our luggage.Nearby activities: NOC, Smokie Mountain Railroad and the adorable down town Everett Street, Bryson City, are all Family Friendly. The Shoppes are quaintly similar to boutiques. We enjoyed our visit.Walkability: The trails are very well kept. The scenery is beautiful.Noteworthy details: The manager and staff are very accommodating. Deb does a wonderful job caring for her guests.
Nature is beautiful an incredible place, we went for my birthday and the facilities were disappointing, the room had hair everywhere the bed was very uncomfortable, it doesn't have a quality mattress and they put some foam under the sheets, sofa very dirty, no Is there Wi-Fi…. how to search for nearby tours. There is a swimming pool but it is not working. Place with incredible potential but no care for guests.Rooms: I didn't have a good experience as it was dirty and uncomfortable
